These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of www.satnamscaffoldings.com and business dealings with Satnam Scaffoldings (“we”, “our” or “us”). By using this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website information

Website content, product descriptions, images, sizes, availability, service coverage and technical details are provided for general information. Actual material, quantity, design, loading capacity, accessories, availability and pricing may vary based on project requirements, inspection, site condition and written quotation.

2. Quotations and orders

All prices, rental charges, hire charges, lease terms, sale prices, delivery charges, taxes, security deposits and installation charges are subject to written quotation or confirmation. A quotation does not become a binding order until accepted by us and confirmed with applicable advance payment or written approval.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide correct project details, site address, access timing, height/work requirement, ground condition, loading requirement, safety restrictions and other information required for safe scaffolding support. The customer is responsible for site access, permissions, safe working environment and compliance with applicable site rules unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scaffolding safety and use

Scaffolding, shuttering and aluminium access equipment must be used only for the intended purpose and within safe working practices. Customers must not overload, misuse, alter, shift, dismantle, modify or permit unauthorised use of equipment. Any required inspection, reconfiguration or relocation should be requested from our team or approved personnel.

5. Rental, hire and lease equipment

Rental/hire/lease equipment remains the property of Satnam Scaffoldings or its group/associated entities unless sold under a separate invoice. The customer is responsible for safe custody of material delivered to the site and may be liable for loss, theft, damage, misuse, missing components, abnormal wear, delayed return or unauthorised transfer.

6. Delivery, installation and site delays

Delivery and installation timelines depend on material availability, traffic, site readiness, labour availability, safety clearance, weather, access conditions and payment confirmation. Waiting charges, re-delivery charges or additional labour charges may apply where delay is caused by site restrictions, incorrect information or customer-side issues.

7. Payments, taxes and security deposit

Payments must be made as per invoice, quotation or agreed payment schedule. GST, transport, loading/unloading, installation, dismantling, repair, replacement and other charges may apply as quoted. Security deposit, if collected, may be adjusted against outstanding dues, damage, loss or delayed return.

8. Cancellation and return

Cancellation, early return, partial return or extension requests are subject to our confirmation. Charges may apply for committed material, transport, labour, installation, booking, site visit or other costs already incurred.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Satnam Scaffoldings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses, loss of profit, project delay, third-party claims or site accidents caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration, overloading, unsafe site conditions or customer-side negligence. Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Intellectual property

All website content, design elements, text, graphics, images, icons, branding and layout are owned by or licensed to Satnam Scaffoldings. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially use website content without written permission.

11. Privacy and communication

Information submitted through the website or enquiry channels will be handled as per our Privacy Policy. By sharing your details, you agree that we and our group companies may contact you for quotation, service support and related business communication as permitted by applicable law.

12. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, transport disruption, government restrictions, accidents, shortage of material, power failures, network issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and agreed contractual terms, disputes shall be handled through mutual discussion first and may be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in the Delhi NCR/Gurugram region.
